Who handles payments

Creem is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all NormHarbor payments. Creem processes your payment, issues invoices/receipts, collects VAT/sales tax, and handles refunds — your card details never touch our servers.

Subscription, renewal & cancellation

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period; see below for refund requests.

Business use and refund requests

NormHarbor is offered to businesses and professionals for business use only, so the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Nevertheless, as a goodwill policy you can ask for a refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase, no reason required, as long as the service has not been used extensively. Mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

How to request a refund

Email hello@normharbor.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We forward eligible refunds to Creem, who processes them back to your original payment method — this usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
