Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your account and choose Manage billing to cancel in the secure billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What about refunds?
Refunds follow our refund policy. If something went wrong with a payment, email us and we will sort it out.
Do you issue VAT invoices? What about reverse charge?
Prices exclude VAT. Payments are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which issues the invoice and applies the correct VAT at checkout — including reverse charge for eligible EU businesses that provide a valid VAT ID.
Can I change plan later without paying twice?
Yes. Switch between paid plans from your account page. The change is applied to your existing subscription — no second subscription is created and you are not billed twice.
What counts as a site?
One site is one website address you add to your dashboard. Scheduled monitoring scans that address plus further pages of the same site, up to your plan's page limit (5, 10 or 20). Those pages do not count as extra sites.
Is NormHarbor for businesses only?
Yes, plans are sold to business customers for business use.
Is this legal advice?
No. NormHarbor is an automated checker: it finds a share of common WCAG issues, not all of them, and does not certify compliance. Have an expert audit your site before you publish a conformance statement.
