Accessibility statement generator

The EAA requires most in-scope businesses to publish an accessibility statement. Fill in the fields below and we'll generate a properly structured draft — following the EU model statement format — that you can review, edit, and publish on your site.

Why you need an accessibility statement

The European Accessibility Act and its national implementations (following EN 301 549) require most in-scope businesses to publish a statement describing their website's conformance status, known limitations, and a feedback channel. Unlike a scan report, this statement is a public-facing legal document meant to be published on your site — usually linked from the footer.

FAQ
Is this generator's output legally valid on its own?
It produces a properly structured draft following the EU model accessibility statement format. It is not legal advice — you should review it, adapt it to your specific situation, and have it checked by a qualified professional (or your legal/compliance team) before publishing.
Can this tool tell me if I'm actually 'fully compliant'?
No — no automated tool can certify full compliance on its own. An automated scan can only detect a subset of WCAG success criteria; things like meaningful alt text, logical reading order, and full keyboard/screen-reader testing require manual review. That's why the scan preview never suggests "fully compliant".
Where should I publish this statement?
Most EAA implementations expect the statement to live at a stable, easy-to-find URL (often linked from the site footer, similar to a privacy policy) and to be kept up to date as you fix issues or find new ones.
Do you store the information I enter?
No — this tool is stateless. Your organization name, email, and other fields are used only to generate the text shown to you and are not saved, logged, or sent anywhere.
